With small things like getting dumped or a bad fight with a friend, I get really depressed about it, cry a lot, and stop eating for a few days. It's weird, being really really hungry makes me feel so much better. :confused:
Writing everything down helps me a lot too, but I dont do that often enough. With bigger things, I act like it's no big deal. When my grandparents died, I never cried, I avoided seeing my dad because then he would cry, and I just went on with my life. |

I cope with music....work on my own and listen to others....bury myself in work.....ive never had to deal much with death however....except my dog.....and that sucked...

I know this is childish as hell but if it's something minor I play a boxing or wrestling game on ps2 and just beat the living hell outta somebody online.
but if it's something serious like the time i was with my best friend on the planet of 12 years as he got the upper right portion of his body blown off by a 12 gauge I go into cleric mode and just don't feel a thing for however long it takes to get over the situation, I don't eat or sleep much, I don't go out, I don't talk to anybody. I just go about my everyday life like a monk. |
