had it in my hands many times but i never bought it ... any good ?

That's the one. It has David Keith, Ryan O'Neal, and the guy who played the father in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. It's OK, nothing spectacular. There's another guy in it that plays a military person that I've seen in lots of stuff but don't know his name - he didn't play it very well. It was actually a little painful to watch his scenes.

Re-make or original??? Hopefully the re-make the original is fantastic where as the remake is kinda lame.
