guess i have to re-watch ice from the sun again now

You know...I was actually in that movie. I was 12 and in my very "akward stage" so I won't be pointing out where (and if you know please don't either:o )
I got in there so young because my best friend is the late Tommy Biondo's little sister.
It's good to know people all over are enjoying these films.:)

A question...
what is the best Alfred Hitchcock set out there?

I'm specifically looking for one which includes:
(amongst other films...)

Psycho
Vertigo
Rear Window &
The Birds

this one's by far the best. it has pretty much every hitchcock film you'd want. it's a little pricey, but a lot is included.

I'm checking out Mammoth to see one of Rod's movies.

Dragon Wars seemed interesting. I don't rent so much as blind buy them.

joshaube 01-23-2008 01:40 PM

I hope you buy used, or find really good deals...
I am surprised you blind buy...
Looking at your purchase history,
it seems you pick up a lot of shit.

No offense to Rod. :p

I do, but some of them I find to be quite comical. So it works both ways.

Some I wish I had never gotten, while others I tend to find some kind of enjoyment out of.

I found a Movie Stop store about 15 miles away (typical), and it was having a closeout sale. A lot of stuff was really cheap and i'll probably be there a lot now, hehe. Anyway:

Resident Evil: Extinction (SE, not 2 disc)

Resident Evil: Apocalypse (in an awesome plastic cover)

Desperado

Cursed (unrated) My old one was damaged too bad, and this one was 3 bucks.

Charlie's Angels SE (However... it was uncompatible with my player, it was a fancy version...)

I would've gotten better stuff, but I was kinda rushed to get home so I had to make it fast. Next time i'll pick up better things.

I think the 2- Disc SE is a Wal-Mart exclusive?
