Im not really familliar with Steely Dan, I just downloaded it cause of all the controversy that they're making out of it. Im going to see the movie tonight (Not particularly excited about it), for now I dont really see the similarity. The song is about a slacker trying to seduce his cousin, the movie is about a slacker annoying a couple....I dunno, small similarity.
