Thanks! I'm not opposed to swapping bits if you want a gander at my collection sometime. 8)
I need to get it all together. I have a small box somewhere in my room with more things in it that need to be added with the rest outside.

What do you guys think?

Text?

Or no text?

https://orig09.deviantart.net/9c33/f...rd-dbjz3rr.png

Or even different text, I'm open to suggestions.

Repo'd 08-13-2017 08:20 PM

I like both but the text makes it just a little bit cooler.

Dead Bad Things 08-14-2017 07:16 AM

Fer me Roiff it's sans text... cuz it distracts my eye and mind from from that stone cold symbology ya got goin' in there.

Roiffalo 08-14-2017 02:51 PM

Thanks guys! I'm trying to remember how to add things to albums so that I can add both in there for anyone to use. I might have to make a topic for graphics like I've done on other forums.

I had a life before HDC, guys, come on! ::big grin::

I was a big animation fan so I visited this one forum where I'd make graphics for other members. I miss those days...

I love my new horror family, I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

horcrux2007 08-16-2017 07:50 PM

I finished reading The Castle of Otranto today and watched The Cabinet of Dr Caligari for my English class. I got to make my own curriculum this year, and I chose to study the history of the horror genre. I absolutely loved the book and movie, both being the very beginnings of the genre.

Say what now? Could you elaborate? Are you Prince of Monaco or something?

What year are you in? Are you even still in high school?

That's awesome! I wish I could have picked my own curriculum!

I actually did pick my curriculum in my senior year, but soon found out that pot smoking and the Ramones were not considered "fields of study" in the Baltimore school system.

don't forget Metropolis... up there... ::wink::

Dead Bad Things 08-17-2017 06:12 PM

dig these fortunes...

Be on the look out for coming events;
they cast their shadows beforehand.

Land is always on the mind of a flying bird.

All your fingers can't be of the same length.

He who slithers among the ground is not always a foe.

Remember the fate of the Early Worm.

The greatest war is not on the battlefield;
it is against yourself.

Your passions sweep you away.

Everyone knows its not length but girth that counts...

Ta me that one seemed like it was referin' to fingers...either in the pie, on the pulse, or on the button.

I'm learning a lot today. Like people should stop mistaking writing utensils as food.

Fascinating! I've never heard that story! Hmm, I wonder if it's been seen lately? ::devil::

My random thought: I'm so sick of summer. Can it be autumn now, please? Really tired of being hot and sweaty, and I'm REALLY sorry I asked for the third floor apartment!

Martha 08-19-2017 09:51 AM

I too am ready to get out of summer.

I hope we get a delightful fall here.

Hi, Martha! How's things been going with you? Are you involved in the performing arts? Anything lately?

Roiffalo 08-19-2017 06:47 PM

Hey, Martha! Haven't seen you on in a while, how's our grandmother of horror? 8)

LMAO! If it weren't harmful to the cats I'd start sending them to Trump. ::big grin::

Yes! It's almost our favorite time of year! Sad thing is though it brings after it my least favorite time of year. The sacrifices we make for the Halloween season...

Winter has been so mild here the last couple of years, I haven't even had to turn on my heat!

Roiffalo 08-20-2017 11:34 PM

Must be nice! I'd rather live somewhere where it's fall year round. It's seriously been a desire of mine since childhood.

The eclipse is coming. Is this the apocalypse? Some of you are safe. Avoid large groups of eclipse tourists because not everyone will react well to what they see. ::danger::

Here's what's weirding me out: I've read a few accounts of car batteries dying (brand new batteries), people losing power in their homes. Coincidence? EMP? Weird!
