I think you should come up with a no-insult policy like... three strikes and you're out. On the first and second insult (be it serious or a "joke") the person would get a warning. On the third, get banned.

I don't see the point of insulting users at Forums, or even making nasty jokes about someone. Those who do it should definatelly be banned. We're here with the common goal of talking about Horror (and the facts of life occasionally :P), those who don't share this goal and just want to act childish or pick a fight should go somewhere else.

Or...What if someone tells us a funny story about how they wimped out on something...like a horror movie or a roller coaster ride, or something...Shouldn't we be able to say, "Man, you're such a pussy"?

I mean seriously...We insult each other here CONSTANTLY...You don't do that with your friends and family in real life?....It USUALLY isn't perceived as a malicious attack...

This place wouldn't even be the same anymore...And...We would have no members left

This is a horror forum...We've ALL watched the movies and heard the language on a regular basis...This isn't Disney...

Okay, lets clear this whole thing up:

the "It Stops Now" thread will be left up as a guideline, no more, no less. Every incident will be taken on a case by case basis, with banning being meeted out by mods as they see necessary.
