Xistenz- 9/10 Lack of action lost points, but a cool movie, great ending.

9/10

Event Horizon- It wasn't scary, and it was hardly hellish. 6/10

The Marine- 5/10 as far as mindless unrealistic action films go, it was fine.

The Wickerman (old)- I hated every minute of it. 3/10 sorry, i just hated it.

Death Tunnel...Last night

It really wasn't THAT bad...I enjoyed seeing the inside of the building and I liked the way they wove the actual history into it...It was definitely worth watching...Although, a documentary about the place would have been just as good, or maybe even better...The stories about it are very interesting

the fulci movie? i was just talking about that. any good?

I just about went crazy trying to purchase a copy of this one, it was difficult to find but I wanted it really badly...We finally got it...It was disappointing...

I'll admit that my expectations were probably too high by that point, though

EDIT:...I was talking about City Of the WALKING Dead (AKA Nightmare City) here, which is Lenzi, not Fulci...Fulci's City Of The LIVING Dead is AKA Gates Of Hell, which we love...Sorry for the confusion...I REALLY need to start sleeping

i had a copy that i bought alongside house by the cemetery but i can't find it. i liked house by the cemetery but just didn't get round to the other one. probably just as well as they were both vipco releases and therefore inevitably watered down. come to think of it i have a lot of vipco video nasties, including the zombie flesh eaters trilogy. maybe some day i'll get round to buying it

Well the forum that I'd un-officially deflected to is down right now, so I guess I'm back for awhile.

Watched Dust Devil for thev first time a couple days back...fantastic movie. In fact, I watched it again yesterday.

Today I watched Voice of the Moon which was a pretty decent little documentary. No dialogue/narration, but the score was great and the images were (at times) really powerful.

Just finished watching Slither, which I really enjoyed. Lots of nice cheesy, gory fun with a great twist on the old formula(s)

"ZOMBIEZ" .....truly, a modern horror classic. Or maybe just a reasonably entertaining piece of trash.
