Just watched
John Carpenter: The Man and his Movies
Interesting documentary. Nothing breakthrough, but some really good interviews with Kurt Russell, Jamie Lee and others.

and

Going to Pieces: The Rise and Fall of the Slasher Film

Excellent documentary! Tons of gore, a great history lesson, well directed and an excellent addition to any slasher fan's library.

Blood Simple
The Coen Bros. first film. Still great fun to watch, their style was so much more Sam Raimi-(their friend & mentor)-esque back then.

Ash: He'll sit and watch anything that's fast-paced and colorful, he especially likes the movies that have a metal soundtrack...The kid LOVES metal

As for me...I love WAY too many of them...I couldn't even BEGIN to name favorites...But, I tend to lean toward the zombies more than anything else

Right now the boys are watching AVP, and we are getting ready to watch...umm...something that we haven't decided on yet :)

Thanks, that's actually really interesting.

Ultraviolet

Corny and obviously made for the money, but.. I liked it, the fight scenes were sufficient and cool, as well as the weaponry, so, i'll give it a decent...

6.5/10
