I will get out from my work earlier to go and get AC/DC Black Ice, 'cause 8 years without new songs are too many years.

Anathallo- Canopy Glow It's on the softer side, I guess. Probably not for everyone. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...albumcover.jpg |
constantly listening to Black Ice - love it. i will say that i think the first four or five songs seem like the beginning to an epic 'back in black' but then it settled into not quite as stellar. that said, the latter half of the album is growing on me and i always kind of liked their more 'bluesy' stuff (I was always a big fan of Blow up your video, which was very bluesy and i think a lot of fans of their 'harder' sound didn't like it') the R&B beat in Decibel is great, for instance.

Stooges are cool. I like Iggy. But I can't stand Jello Biafra's voice so I'm not a DK fan. (I catch all kinds of shit about it from my buddies, but what can I say? His voice bugs the shit outta me.)
I've been listening to the new Killers album, Day & Age, for the past week. And of course lots of Bad Religion. That's one band I don't think I'll ever get sick of. |

Finally someone understands my plight, I thought I was the only one. Been listening to Nirvana-"With the lights out"boxset. Very unexpected, Not very grungy but more raw and Punk sounding. I mean it still sounds like Nirvana but alot of it is demos and live stuff very unpolished and I'm loving it. |
JOE BUCK - Joe Buck Yourself Mother Fucker
NEIL YOUNG & CRAZY HORSE - Zuma and the new Hank III album... |
Well My mom and Dad have a bunch of old records and have a new record player(about 2 years old) so....
Neil Young-Stars and Bars, Harvest. (Awesome) David Bowie-Aladdin Sane,Diamond Dogs. (Awesome) B.B King-L.A Midnight. (very cool, love the blues) Bob Dylan-John Wesley Harding. (Fucking great album, very mellow and Dylan is just amazing that's all I can say,he mixes the harmonica and acoustic so beautifully). Black Sabbath-Mob Rules. (Always thought I wouldn't like Dio but I was very surprised, I thought Mob Rules was a GREAT album as well, Really Starting to like Dio...although my heart will always be with Ozzy as the frontman). |
Rage against the Machine(CD)-Evil Empire
|
Silly as all hell, as always, but awesome still.
