my first concert was earlier this year it was Shadows Fall/Lamb of God/Slipknot it was a damn good show

On October 9th im going to see System of a Down

..my first :)

It was 1972....i was just a lad of 14....the concert hall went dark as pitch.....a bright light,bright as a billion candles suddenly appeared in the center of the stage.....the sounds of mighty engine engulfed the arena..........ladies and gentelman....give it up for GRAND FUNK RAILROAD!

Couple years back a went to my 1st show....hate these bands now, but liked 'em at the time.

If I went to the exact same concert now, Id hate it, but at the time it kicked ass.

Actually, on the contrary, Rancid is my favorite band. They're amazing.

Oh well...

Anyway, my first was Less Than Jake, and get this: the opening bands, no one had ever heard of, and everyone at the concert thought they sucked, and we figured they'd never go anywehre.

The bands were Yellowcard and Fall Out Boy, the two biggest sellout MTV bands out right now. It's kind of incredible actually. But I still hate them both...

My first concert was the new Misfits in 1997, with Process is Dead, From Ashes Rise and Embodiment opening. Say what you will about the new 'Fits, but that was a truly awesome show.

I migt like 'em now, but at the time I hated them. But at the time I loved Sum 41, had never heared of The Misfits, and didnt know anything by Alice Cooper besides School's Out. I might need to check 'em out again.

My first concert was 'Ozzy" and "Metallica" way back fucking when.....

Luckily I got to see Cliff Burton before he was killed...

That's awsome!!! I seen, Metallica....but not with Cliff....That dude knew how to Rock a bass....:cool:
