Are there any laws against monkeys filing lawsuits? If so, Zero might be able to file a federal lawsuit for discrimination! :p

I don't know how this could happen, here on private process a claim like that would rejected. You can't go against your own acts, that lady mades a contrac with Myspace and she accepted all the conditions, so if someone has acces to your private info Just because you let all this info open for anyone that saw your space...FUCK YOU!!!!

I believe this is pretty much how the courts will see it too. I don't think this girl has much chance of winning this lawsuit at all being that she was the one that put all of her personal info online for this guy to see & re-post in the first place. Not to mention, to create an account, she had to agree to their terms of service & if she didn't want just anyone looking at the info she put online, she had the option of making her profile private. The fact that she's even trying to sue makes me think she's probably a fucking idiot....

OOOHHH that is such a good idea - I'm calling the ASCLU (American Simian Civil Liberties Union) - i have clearly been discriminated against here

(that said, all these counter-suits are just plain silly - come on guys, you can't sue a tiny silly monkey!!!)

. . . and i'm going to fling some dung at you all for a while
