I like Carribean Fruit scented Yankee candles. Oh, and hazelnut, mandarin orange and coffee.

I collect candles and tarts. I love pumpkin, cinnamon, cake candles, anything that smells sweet. We have a candle store where i live and you can have candles made in anything you want.I think my favorite ones are jar candles, yankee is the best.My living room decor is americana, so i buy every candle that has anything to do with that.

This is a cool thread. Back in 1992 or thereabouts I met a fellow who got me interested in candles, he was some sort of lighting expert with these things. I was visiting his roommate to have a little movie festival, and this fellow had taken his room and lit it completely with candles, artistically placed.

I tend to think that I know a good thing when I see it. Well, when I saw this, something clicked, and I realized you could use these as multiple light sources and sort of sculpt with them. It had never occurred to me before; candles had always been those things you pull out during a blackout. Suddenly I felt I had been shown a new art form, the art of candle illumination.

Anyway, ever since then, I have been keen to use candles to light rooms for atmosphere, watching the subtle flickering glow is extremely relaxing and a scented candle is a good thing too.
