I've had to do that too. And tree removal...:( Had to do it all in ice storms too. Those kind of jobs suck.

It's raining here and a little cooler, although still hideously humid. Sorry east coast, I think our heat wave is headed for your direction!

I happen to be on vacation this week...also living in the northeast.....suppose to be about 110 tomorrow......poolside with beer is working for me.:D

Damn I love being on the coast.

It still gets really hot fairly often, but nowhere near what most of you guys must be going through.

way too hot on this side of the pond too, and living inland we don't even get a breeze off the sea!!!

only place we have a/c is at work and that keeps breaking down!!! apparently won't work if temp goes above 37 so they can't fix it till the temp comes down...thank god they relaxed the dress code, been going to work dressed for the beach :D

My last apartment didn't have air conditioning, and I'll never do that again. Even living at 4000 feet, it was miserably hot. I made that a top priority when I leased this one.

i used to live in a 3rd floor apartment that faced the sun all day, with 0 ac. it was routinley 92 at 2 in the morning, regardless of fans.

Now i live in a mobile home, but we have 3 acs, ac in both cars, and i work in a gigantic air conditioned megastructure, so im good.

Oh yeah, also in the northeast.

this will all come back to bite me tonight on the way home from work when my car is 180 inside and takes 30 minutes to cool down to a bearable level.
