Yes, there's a "kind of" sex scene. One of the inmates turns into a mutant thing for no apparent reason during a riot/fight scene (think resident evil with really cheap rubber suit-type effects) and it "looks" like he's fucking a fat unconscious guard - what you see is the mutant thing from behind "feeding" from a tube that grows from its crotch region. There's some grunting, and then the main character runs up and rips it off with an axekick, big white spray, fights the mutant with the sagging tube. He kicks it repeatedly, then reaches into the broken cockthing, pulls a heart out of it, and the creature shits, and dies.
