I always loved in predator when they level a football field's worth of jungle simply because Bill Duke was screaming and shooting. No one asked any questions, they just shot out into nothing.

Youd figure thered be dead monkeys and parrots in piles after that...


I think i saw something (maybe dvd on tv on FX?) where someone said the characters figured if "Mac" was screaming and shooting like that, there must be something pretty awful out there, so they were going to try and kill it.

"Not a thing. Not a fucking trace. No blood, no bodies... We hit nothing!"

I guess thats more effective than "We just wasted a shitload of monkey and parrots.. .godamn monkeys everywhere. Nothing else though."

god - you'd think it was based on a short story by stephen king pretending to be someone else as to not flood the market with his crap - or something.
