a lot of younger folk wont be impressed with the origional Wicker Man ..
its slow moving and not very flashy .. especially by todays standards.
most of the actors are over 30 as well.

if you dont mind an old school flick, with no gore and an oddball story.

personally i like it..

Were some of those deleted scenes? I really dont remember that whole bit with the bees...

Really though, Ive been saying ever since I saw this one that its one of the most unintentionally funny movies that Ive ever seen.

That seems strange to me also. I am a fan of Cage and would have liked to see the remake in the cinema but I never managed to get round to watching the original so I didnt go see the remake and Im glad I didnt. I would much rather watch the original then the remake.

I was thinking the exact same thing. about the bees. hmm I am intrested in seeing the dvd commentary and stuff but all that movie did was make me mad. if i was him would have just burn the whole village down.

Wicker Man was horrible. Quite predictable..and the ending was one of the worst ive seen...especially for me actually dedicating the rest of time to the movie.
