Ok, we're not that out of touch. I was being slightly hyperbolic. We actually joke about it when we pull out our laptops and become engrossed with whatever tangent we're on... He's currently looking up movies on rareflix.com.
I'm vaguely distracted as the Finnish family downstairs just lost a ferret. Not so much concerned for my well being, but for the poor ferret that is most likely wandering around downtown Maynard, MA in the cold, and its poor little mate left at the mercy of those wretched children. Ferrets are high maintence. If you leave them alone, they get depressed. Poor little guy.
