Covers are tame, what's inside them is where its at. My personal favorite though is for Orchid.

Cool. Here's a really creepy cover for "Darklore Manor" by Nox Arcana. The artwork was done by Joseph Vargo, who is one of the band members. He also did some great covers for Midnight Syndicate.
