I said he was CONSIDERING a full IP ban. I didn't say he DID it. I didn't even say he was going to DO it. Basically, it's all up to them and what they do. I personally hope they don't make him do it. He's got a damned good reputation for tolerance

He DID ban Horace as Horace Pinker 2. That's why he came back as Horace Pinker 3. He did NOT do a full IP ban.............YET
