Take it from me I have plenty of tattoo's and everyone of mine means something important to me, except one. That one I regret it, so make sure it is important enough for you to be able to look at it the rest of your life.

Mine don't really mean a whole lot to me, but they're visually pleasing. If it looks good, that's all I really care about.

Avoid "flash" . One of the most important things about tattoos is expressing your individuality. Why get something that several thousand others have. Make it very personal to you.

You can always have the Artist modify a piece of flash to your liking if you "just don't know" or you can take in a picture as well.

Most of my tattoos are totally original and you won't see them on anyone else. I do have a few flash pieces, but I got them when I was first starting out and getting into tattoos. Back then, Tattoo shops were very few and far between (1988). You will be much happier with something with meaning behind it.


You could just get a lifesize tattoo of yourself, only make it taller!
