Nothing special...but, last night I had a dream that I was on a ship, kind've like an oldskool ship....that started sinking.
First I thought it was in a whirpool or something as it began spinning, but when I hopped off with some people and swam to a nearby island (this damn island was covered in stupid, skinny trees...mangrove type stuff), I saw that it was some kind've creature that had sunk us. It was a pinkish-grey coloured bunch of tentacles...not like a kraken or whatever, there was many more tentacles, and they were smaller and more leech-like. Each one seemed to move independantly, and some started towards our "group", at which point we retreated further into the island. I tried to save a spider, but they got it anyways.
These tentacles would only react when there was movement. I wanted to kill them, so I started tapping my foot on the ground...one came foward and engulfed my foot almost instantly...it looked like the blob...but all the same, I cut it off (oh right, I seemed to have a broadsword) and it started to burn up, no fire or anything, it was as though it just turne to embers. I baited a few more of them in a similar fashion, then slipped over. Thing is, when I got back up, I had another one of those channel-switching type location changes.
I was back in the modern day...myself among some faceless friends. We wanted pizza, and headed over to a pizza place across the road from us. As we approached, even though I could see it beforehand, the front window of the place became covered with newspapers/magazines/posters, the closer I approached, the more there seemed to be. By the time we got there, it looked like an abandoned building. Then there was a tap on the door beside the store, and it opened. Inside was the pizza place, fully operational. Just some dream weirdness there...and, naturally, when I got inside, didn't get to order any pizza, didn't get to eat any pizza, that shitty dream logic, again...in my dreams, events never really occur as they should.
That's all I can remember really.
