rofl...chill out, Gore.

Pretty interesting ideas there, especially Chrono. But there's a question - fuel.

Roaming all the time WILL eventually deplete that important resource. Let's say you roam some more on foot. What then? Eventually, one has to stop sometime.

Sorry for the outburst. Elvis just gets on my nerves sometimes. There really was no need for him to chime in.

But the people I would take with me would be:

Rayne - Because she is like the mother figure who will always know a way to fix things when they go bad.
Rod - Because he is a writer and would know how to get out of sticky situations.
V - Read the Survival Guide and knows his shit.
Chrono - You need to have a really cute girl don't ya? Plus she is super fun to talk to and smart.
Massacre Man - You need to have the funny one.

For weapons I know I would like to have dual samurai swords attached to my back and I would like to have a shotgun with as much ammo as I could pack in a backpack. I would let Rayne get an AK-47 and possibly a cross-bow because I think she would have a good time with one of those. I'd give Rod dual six-shooters with as much ammo as he could carry in a backpack. Chrono would get the Machete she wanted because she is good with them. I would have MM use a sniper rifle to strap to his back and also carry around his sword that he wanted.

Once I rounded up the troops/family we would try and find shelter somewhere BIG and secluded where most zombies wouldn't really be. We would try and fill as many duffelbags with food and health supplies as we could so we could survive as long as needed. I would want to get a Ford F-150 to put everyone in so as we drove by we could kill zombies with our Machete's and swords. Plus we could use the hatch for storage of gasoline for the truck.

Ahh - I wasn't very clear. I'd stop in the Berkshires to live the idyllic zombie-fighting existence. Plenty of woodland for fire (cooking and the whatnot). Fresh running water. And a low population density (fewer zombies). We'll build a farm-fortress and pick off zombies as they come. Maybe find a radio and broadcast to survivors - But I'm not much the savior type.

I guess I'm really banking that winter will slow them down.

Hmm, let's see.........

Five HDC members I would bring (if I can bring more than five, I can think of a lot more people!):

MurderDoll - 'cause she'd kick some serious ass
Rayne - same as above
Gore - same as above
urgeok - just because
Zero - I wanna see him go apeshit on the zombies :D

Weapons - rifles, handguns, swords, shovels, pickaxe

Travel - in a Hummer til the fuel runs out, then hoof it.

They are zombies. I doubt winter will slow them down.

Of course, running water coming directly down from the mountains is a BIG plus (because it nullifies the chances of any sort of infection). Population density will change...zombies dont care about that. (Remember, they gotta eat too)

When it comes to fuel well, we wouldn't need that much. We'd mainly just be going a few miles off sure and down or up the coast each time. The rest of the time we'd just let the boat rest. But we would go around boats and such taking their petrol for reserves etc. And I'm sure the gas stations wouldn't mind all that much.
