The evil wizard finds remnets of the past and decides to use it to keep his band of trolls and monsters to fight. It eventually gets to a battle beween the brothers to decide the fate of the world."
It's from the guy who did Fritz the Cat and the animated Lord of the Rings movies (maybe just the first one). The final face-off between the brothers is great.

Wizards is great. To me, the best part is the watercolor backgrounds that are somtimes obviously added in after the rest of the frame has been drawn and animated.

I like that he used Nazi propaganda films to rile up his minions

I got a couple hundred. Mostly slasher zombie and vampire flicks, but i got some other shit too. Lots of B-movies. Lots of Troma.

I'm in the process (It will take me a few years.) of watching, grading, and writing a review of every single horror movie that I can get my hands on. (My long term goal is to get a book published for horror fans, by a horror fan.)

At this point, A Nightmare on Elm St. (original) is leading the pack as the best movie I've reviewed yet. (It got 86/100 pts. I am a very tough critic.) But please be aware that I haven't gotten around to watching many films that I know are good. (I haven't even watched any of the Halloweens, Fridays, or TCMs, yet. I've seen them, I just havent rewatched them since I started doing this grading thing.)

I grade on the following criteria....

20 point catergories- Plot, Villain, Scariness

10 point catergories- Gore, FX, Script, Acting.

Side Note: If anyone's interested here are the other films that are currently in my top 10.

1-A Nightmare on Elm St.- 86/100
2-Dawn of the Dead (Original)- 85/100
3-Freddy vs. Jason- 83/100
4-Day of the Dead- 81/100
5-Return of the Living Dead- 76/100
6-Night of the Living Dead (orignal)- 75/100
7-Hellraiser- 74/100
8-A Nightmare on Elm St. 3- 73/100
T9-Evil Dead- 71/100
T9-Demons- 71/100
T9- Night of the Living Dead (Remake)- 71/100

I'm sure that there will be a lot of people who would like to argue me on this list, but please understand that I haven't watched every movie yet. I am well aware that there are more than 2 horror movies that have a higher overall entertainment value than Freddy vs. Jason, I just haven't gotten to them yet. I will admit that I was almost saddened by the score that Demons and Evil Dead ended with. These are two of my all-time favorites, but using my grading scale and remaining consistent with the criteria I used in grading all the other films, they ended up with the scores that they have. (They both got 10/10 in the gore catergory, but they suffered in some of the others.)

Please feel free to respond as I am anxious to hear feedback on this post.

Money

Money, I didn't spend that much amassing that collection. It's taken me 23 years to get the 3,000 videos I have. I have over 800 Betamax tapes that I got for free and heaps for under $2 dollars.
Some are expensive, the UK videos that I had blackstar videohunt for me and back when the AUD-USD exchange rate was 50cents per US dollar.
