Lucia Rijker is a female kickboxer and boxer. Her record is 37-0 in Kick Boxing and 17-0 in boxing. She has never been defeated by another woman in a fighter. She is amazing not only has won every fight but (well the ones i've seen) she literally destroys them...

Her one defeat was when she fought a 'exhibition' match against a man (same weight as her as far as i know) and she was savagely knocked out in the 2nd round and was unconscious for several minutes. The Thaiboxer who beat her was pretty average...

That been said I've heard of many woman winning open grappling competitions vs men in BJJ or Submission wrestling.
