There used to be a place in newtown where you could buy cactus and that, can't remember the name... I'll try and think of it, but it might be gone now.

Salvia is lame... overpriced as hell too. I'd rather smoke bud.

Generally I'd rather bud than just about anything...but, what happened with you and the salvia, didn't get the effects of didn't like 'em?
The leaf is meant to be shitty, more like a herbal relaxant, but I know there's also different strength extracts available, I had a 15x as I recall, and it was one of the most intense things I'd ever tried...? Wouldn't get into it too much though I'd love to get more.

I got the effects.... a brief sensation not unlike shrooms coming on and things seem to move closer to me suddenly, this lasted for about 30 seconds or something. The stuff looks and tastes like burnt rubber and left me feeling quite gross after a few tries at it. Nothing to write home about but thats just me.

That's odd...when I had it, it tasted weird (looked like tealeaves) a bit like semi-alcohol-y? nothing like rubber...and the effects hit hard and lasted for about 5-6 minutes for me. Like, constant laughter, distance warping, closing the eyes to feel like you're falling through space...I thought it was an even cooler effect than the shrooms by significantly far,
Could be you got a bad batch or just the leaf? I'd suggest giving it another go if you can get some from a reputable supplier with no hassles, 'cos yeah your experience sounds shit, but nothing bordering on what mine was.

Peyote & Mescaline

Peyote is a small, spineless cactus, Lophophora williamsii, whose principal active ingredient is the hallucinogen mescaline (3, 4, 5-trimethoxyphenethylamine). The top of the cactus above ground--also referred to as the crown--consists of disc-shaped buttons that are cut from the roots and dried. Hm...interesting, but I don't think it grows here and from the information you supplied I imagine import would be near impossible.

Yeah, it grows from a seed but it's a VERY slow growing cactus.

Well, we're pretty sunny here, not to mention an indoor setup...if yourself/anyone were able to maybe send a couple over that would be a serious solid.

Seems like, pretty inconspicuous to just grow a little cacti or two.

I'd even like to get some salvia seeds, but apparently it's pretty impossible to get 'em unless someones cultivated a BIG plant. I'm happy just ordering the extract on that one, kinda given up on getting any to grow.
