THE FIRST SHOCKING DEVELOPMENT IN HDC BATTLE ROYALE III!!!


I am here to address the Slice 'N' Dicers.

Newb has been found knocked unconscious in his bunker!!

Plenty of beer bottles, both empty and full, were found under it, as well as a half-empty one rolling on the floor. Small strands of cream-colored hair were found near the foot of his bunker, which have been sent for analysis. He looks to have been knocked out from behind by a heavy instrument, like a club or something similar.

Will keep you posted on the developments. Sorry, SnD team, but pray he recovers consciousness sufficiently to send in his entry before the deadline. Right now he is knocked out, and in a bed in the BR Medic Center.

SECOND UPDATE


No less than SIXTEEN entries have blazed their way into my PM box as of now. Haven't started checking them yet, but the more important news is - ALL THREE TEAMS ARE ALMOST EVEN IN SUBMITTING ENTRIES!

SIX Zombie Warriors, FIVE Slice 'N' Dicers and FIVE Phantoms have sent in their entries already! :eek:

This has all the makings of a very tight finish! Stay tuned for updates, folks.

Sorry to see Caenxavier drop out, but I feel confident we will have a suitable replacement for him before the day is over. Don't worry, Zombie Warriors.

Newb is still unconscious from his surprise attack. The cream-colored hair found near his bunker correspond to that found on ferrets, as per the analysis done on them. A search is on for the instrument used, quite possibly a club of some sort. All the bunkers of all contestants will be searched this morning.

THREE more entries have come in, which takes the total tally to NINETEEN.

And the leaders right now, which might come as a bit of a rude shock to one team, are THE RAGING PHANTOMS!! SEVEN entries in so far, only ONE remains.

Both ZOMBIE WARRIORS and SLICE 'N' DICERS have SIX entries in, respectively. TWO entries remain from both teams now.

This is getting VERY interesting. Stay tuned for further updates as they come.

I just asked Dustin's cousin if she might be interested in replacing Caenxavier, because she's a horror freak, too (and you guys would really like her)...She would start out on Dustin's team, so he could help her figure out how the game works

I am addressing the SLICE 'N' DICERS. Bad news, SnD, but Newb never regained consciousness and has slipped into a deep coma. Maybe it was the combination of beer + that heavy tonk on his head. He is being flown back to the mainland for further treatment, and so he will not be a part of your team anymore.

But rejoice through the gloom, because a replacement has been flown in to take over Newb's place. He will be here soon to confirm his participation asap.

And news for THE ZOMBIE WARRIORS also. The contestant you knew as Caenxavier has disappeared from the Battle Royale island! Intensive searches have proved to be fruitless, and now it is being assumed that he tried to swim back to civilisation, got exhausted, and was torn to bits by the sharks sorrounding the BR island.

You have a replacement all-ready to take over his position in your team, though. Say hello to the lovely - SAYTAN!! Welcome to HDC Battle Royale III. :)

In view of recent developments, it has been decided that the PENALTY for LOSING the FIRST CHALLENGE of HDC BATTLE ROYALE III will be scratched! All contestants will be awarded Health Packs as per their performances, and the winning team will get ONE Health Pack extra per contestant.

The big news is - I have TWENTY entries in with me right now!! That's right, still FOUR more contestants haven't sent in their entries YET.

The relieving news? The Penalty for the first challenge has been SCRATCHED. So the losers have nothing to worry about.
