Fuck off dude. Screwballs is a fine piece of 80s trashy comedy.

Winter Light (1963). Not much fun or gaity in this second instalment of Ingmar Bergman's trilogy faith series. Finding and keeping faith whilst imbued in a world that is truly ugly, diseased, and menacing whilst God remain's conspiculously hidden is the theme to this fine flick. The main character's are tortured, twisted, and almost resolved to hypocrisy. The ending was incredibly simple and profoundly fitting. Ashe.

Pretty predictable and generic, but enjoyable to a certain extent. Bruce Wills gives his typical performance - nothing we haven't seen from him before, but he's decent enough. The plot is a bit convoluted, doesn't have much tension, and you can see pretty much the whole story coming from a mile away.

Might be worth a rental when it hits DVD, or a quick download if that's your thing...don't bother with it in theatres. A passable time killer, nothing more or less.

Hmm I was looking forward to seeing this in the theatre tonight. Oh well... :(

Yep it was a blast. That, Porky's and Lemon Popsicle were actually sort of trend-starters.

Yeah its trashy as hell and has some of the most atrociously bad acting you ll ever see on the screen...but there is some charm in 80s trash, specially when dipped in plenty of gore. Its bad as hell and will give sleepless nights to hardcore lovers of classy cinema for sure.

(but not to Rayne or Jenna, I m sure of it)

Worth for Doris Wishman's obsession with shoes and her shooting of the backs of heads during dialogue scenes.

Wel, if you never actually show people talking, you don't have to synch up the dialogue with the images. I love Doris Wishman. I wish I had watched an awful Doris Wishman movie tonight instead of

Unrest

One of the Horrorfest films. One of the worst. There's something sad about a well produced bad movie with decent acting. It's just forgettable. At least with something that's insanely awful on every level, like Doris Wishman you gt to laugh.
