for me it's the car - back and forth from work and travelling on the weekends ..
which is why i'm trying to get a lot of the 70's stuff I love on CDs (i'll never get rid of the vinyl)

another band I bought a lot of is Strawbs .. and believe it or not - i'm listening to a lot of Supertramp again ..

Crime of the Century is a great album.

the holy trinity is Crimes of the Century, Even in the Quietest Moments, and Crisis What Crisis.

no one has ever made music like them before or since.

funny what you take for granted, then rediscover at a later time in life and it blows you away

Yes! Three incredible albums. I wore out my parents' copy of Breakfast in America when I was a kid, and have loved them ever since.

Just bought a physical copy of another one of my favorite releases from this year (haha, again, Elvis, I think you should give them a listen if you haven't already): Perfect Pussy "I have lost all desire for feeling":

i hit my favourite thrift store yesterday and had my mind blown with all the amazing stuff someone dropped off..

Largely commercial (Kings of Leon, etc) but all stuff i missed out on and wanted to check out -

I bought 70 CDs ... luckily i had my frequent flyer card stamped full so i got everything at 50% off

there was a big pile of trance in there as well ...

and i dont care who knows it - i LOVE trance .. it's soundtrack music for the cinema of the mind. I find it very relaxing..

Went to see The Naked and Famous live a few weeks ago. Came away with this rather awesome souvenir - a picture-disc vinyl print of their 2010 album Passive Me, Aggressive You. Some great songs, especially awesome to drive to.

Favourite song of the album, without a doubt.
