Having recently discovered Throbbing Gristle I've been listening to a lot of their stuff of late. At the moment I'm checking out their First Annual Report album which features the horrific Very Friendly, a song about those jolly japesters Ian Brady and Myra Hindley.

Just heard a stunning Moonlight Sonata on the radio but I can't tell you who the pianist was. The station's playlist has the wrong piece listed and what I heard warn't no Chopin! Anyway, the third movement is perhaps the greatest piece of Halloween music ever written, almost completely in minor mode, and when it does slip into major it don't last long. Mysterious and mysteriously magical ALL THE WAY THROUGH! Check it out if you don't believe me.
