I've seen TMZ take a bite out of some people that really deserved it and I've seen them being really petty, but if it were to retain its core values, TMZ would be a wonderful thing. It would be a massive understatement of me to say that he doesn't always do that.

That's not true, the most I pay for any prescription is $15.

I mean that a celebrity is more likely to just accept a prescription because they can afford to be taking a dozen different things at once, while your average person might question what a drug is for, if it's absolutely necessary etc because their income isn't as disposable. So, in turn, doctors are more likely to give out drugs that aren't needed and get a nice bonus from the drug companies. Just a presumption though, cause I question everything I'm prescribed and want to know every detail of it, and give a list of anything else I'm taking to the doctor and to the pharmacist just in case... and I've never paid anything for prescription drugs in my life.

Confirming reports that spread quickly through social networks last night, AVENGED SEVENFOLD drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan has died. The surviving members of A7X have issued the following statement regarding his passing...

"It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we tell you of the passing today of Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan. Jimmy was not only one of the world's best drummers, but more importantly he was our best friend and brother. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jimmy's family and we hope that you will respect their privacy during this difficult time.

Jimmy you are forever in our hearts.
We love you.

M Shadows, Synyster Gates, Zacky Vengeance and Johnny Christ"

The 28-year-old drummer/vocalist was found dead in his home yesterday afternoon. According to the Orange County Register, Sullivan appears to have died from "natural causes", though a death investigation has been launched.

Really too bad...A7X was never one of my favourite bands - not really my style - but it's had to deny that this guy was one Hell of a talented musician.

R.I.P. Rev.

Suckage! Not really a fan of the band...but Jimmy "The Rev" had some serious chops. One of the fastest double bass players in the biz gone way too soon.

This just in...

According to RadarOnline, 76-year-old Zelda Rubinstein has only a short time left to live after being taken off life support at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

It seems she has been in the hospital for over a month, and has now been taken off life support after the failure of two major organs. Their source, said to be a friend of the actress, says: "Her lungs and kidneys have failed and she's in and out of consciousness. It's only a matter of time now -- she doesn't have long to live."

While she's had a number of roles over the years -- Dr. Katarina Kuntzler in Southland Tales, the Organist in Sixteen Candles -- Rubinstein is best known for her role as psychic medium Tangina Barrons in Poltergeist and its subsequent sequels. Standing only four-feet tall [the result of a pituitary deficiency], Rubinstein most often played the psychic, eclectic older woman. When the Freeling's house spirits continue to torment them, they bring in Tangina, who sorts out the other-worldly inhabitants of the house and helps coax them away.

Aw, poor Zelda. I hope her passing is painless. She's wonderful.
