why do people got to be so mean
just because im not so lean
it is not my fault
i feel like hiding in a vault
i have my friends
the laughter never ends
my looks could use some work
why do u treat me like a slap of pork
i might not be skinny
but at least people think im funny
thats more than what i can say about u

please let me be me for a change
i try to rearrange
but my life doest keep up

It looks like SOMEONE NEEDS A SELF-CONFIDENCE BOOST. Turn that frown upside-downside. Smile a bit. Don't feel so bad.

In regards to the poetry, I think you should write more of it. Here's an idea: Try writing some poetry that only rhymes PART of the time--say, 30 or 40 percent would be fine. The other 60 percent of the time, well, just allow it to NOT rhyme. OMG! I can't stop rhyming!
