Speaking of "peppers", we just call 'em chilli's here...there's some useless trivia for you.
Also, at my recent visit to my dads place, there's quite a few farms around there, not to mention he also grows some things of his own. From a friend of his, I scored a bag of (in the end) about 12 habaneros, very large, CRAZY hot as they should be, and a nice, sunset colour. From my dads garden, I got a bag of about 40 jalapenos.
I'll be roasting some of each, pickling some, and making a concentrated paste of the others, to add to things like sauces, pastas, I may make a chilli jam, and I'll more than likely use these in all my other cooking really...
