I'd post a pic of my pets, but the experiment hasn't been a complete success yet ( " Look ! I made a pigeon-rat!"). ok. I made that part up. My iguana died a few months ago and I'm quite sure no one wants me to dig him up for a pic. And if you do, you need some serious help LOL

Open with paint...go to "Image"...then "Stretch/Skew"...Change the percentage on the horizontal and vertical evenly, for example...if the image is 200X200 you would set the horizontal and vertical percentages at 50%...Then you would have 100X100...Change the percentages according to whatever size you want...After you do this...go to "File" and "save as"...it's best to save as a jpeg, especially if the original image is a bmp...BUT, if the original image is an animated gif and you save it as a jpeg, it will lose its animation...Those should always be saved as gifs, of course, if you alter a gif in paint, it will lose its animation anyway |
