hadnt seen this one since i was much younger ... i remember being dissapointed because of the limited Sci-Fi element.

i enjoyed it a lot more this time because there was a lot more to the story than just flying robots ..that i can appreciate a lot more at my age now

The Life and Death of Peter Sellers.

Extremely depressing film - well acted .. just a downer.
I with there was more concentration on the films he made but fair enough - it was about him - not his films.
Unfortunately - a film about Peter Sellers the man, isnt a very nice story.

I loved it. i thought it was so intruiging and I couldn't believe how such an awesome and funny actor could have such a depressing life. Talk about opposite lives between his characters and him.

most comedians have tragic private lives ,,, thus their constant search for adulation ...

Yah, I liked that bit he said about he can play every role except himself. Did you like Geoffory Rush's performance? I thought it was really, really good.

I found it every bit as depressing. It is a good film and Rush did an outstanding job. But it bothered me having to face how shitty this man could be...lol....I'm sorry, if this is anywhere close to being true, he was. I have such respect for his career, such admiration for the man. And this went to place I didn't really want to have to see. But I guess I am glad I watched it. I know you are right, Urge, most comedians have this dark side to their personality and this constant need for validation. Sad.:(
