If it is it has alot of awesome parts...

Thats the one. I was a little worried when I bought it because there weren't that many reviews about it. But I've watched it 3-4 times now and really like it.

Getting silent movies on DVD (or even on tape!) can be dicey --

Movieman, what would you think would be the best edition of the original Murnau "Nosferatu" to get? I've seen several editions, and don't trust many after seeing some lousy dubs! Does anybody have any recommendations on which to get?

A friend of mine has an old VHS version, with even a "plunking" sound as Orlok puts together his horse and cart!

I have the Kino Video version, it has 2 soundtracks, and a lot of extras. It has the extra footage, (not much) and looks great compared to others I've seen

Also Vampyr is not a silent film, there is dialogue, it's very hard to hear at times, but it is there.
