right now I'm trying to work out what this pain is going through my arms, I've had it all day, from my shoulder to my hands, it started in my right arm, I seemed to have cured that with heat, but now my left arm is in agony.

try the web md symptom checker. cause that sounds like something to worry about.

I don't know, I have had stiffness in my right shoulder for the last week from training, I figure it's just some more muscles twitching around since I've started to work them out again.

It says I've got Mad Cow disease. :confused:

Right now I'm baking a cake, calling people to make sure they get to the party on time or it won't be much of a surprise party, and debating what movies to rent.

Right now I am wondering when I am going to stop being a lazy effer and get off my ass and go do something with me life.

a short while ago - something weird happened ..

i got a diet coke out of the bar fridge in my office :D and drank a bit noticing there was some ice in it (i love it when it's cold like that)

after a few sips (it was open for a few minutes and i was drinking out of it - no problem) some crazy chemical reaction happened and the bottle suddenly started bubbling over and the frothy ice was being forced out of the top like an effect from an old james bond film - when the nuclear reactors at Blofelds hideaway start to explode.

so i'm sitting there giving the bottle head like a love struck groupie while trying to reach for paper towel a few feet away ...

it kept coming out - wouldnt stop for 5 minutes ... then half the bottle turned to the frothy ice ..

after an hour or so it was coke again albiet a lot flatter.

Just got back from an indian resturant. really want to eat the ben and jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream in the freezer but I'm too damn full!

And...I'm considering watching Fight Club (funny, we have it...I think Shane or Seri must have left it here...Found it when I was digging for Nothing But Trouble), but I'll have to wait for Dustin to come home, unless the baby takes a nap...Which doesn't look very likely any time soon...
