Its not muslims making these films ....they certainly have a problem with nudity but the other more sensible people dont ...

you see a lot more south asian and arabic women modelling now too ..

I have part one and two ... but i also have one that looks liek it was shot on video .. like a TV show ... I dont know what the hell it is because there is no english.

it starts out with a young couple in an apartment.
here's the kicker ... in this version you saw the girl with her face ripped half off .. but i dont remember seeing it in the 'theatrical Jo-On'

was it origionally made for TV ?

am i on drugs or what ??

believe there are at least 4 parts.....early ones were shot for video, could be ju-on or ju-on: the curse

one definately says 'the curse' on it ..

man what a confusing mess ... thats the thing about the dodgy asian titles .. you cant depend on what the cover says - and the subtitles are usually pretty messed up - if they exist ...

(2000) Ju-On 2 aka Ju-On: The Curse 2 straight to video.

(2002) Ju-On 3 aka Ju-On 1 aka Ju-On: The Grudge theatrical version.

(2003) Ju-On 4 aka Ju-0n 2 aka Ju-on: The Grudge 2 theatrical version.

The two Grudge versions were re-filmed versions of the two Curse ones...afaik, as they were to get a theatre release.


I have subtitle files for all 4 films, in .srt format, so not sure whether they'd be any good, or work for you urge.
