Exorcist - can't remember what part exactly, but me and my chick went to the directors cut thingy...and there was a "tense" kinda scene, and then the phone rang.
The fucking phone...

The only other one I can think of right now is in resident evil apocalypse, when the skeleton model falls out towards Mike Epps...gives you a slight jump, and then he mouths off at it, something like "I see you mother...." and on the word fucker, the zombie behind the skeleton jumps out.

I remeber seeing the original Texas chainsaw massacre and when sally has franklin and there walking and leatherface jumps out to saw Franklin scared me pretty bad.

The very end of The Marked Ones when demon Jesse popped out of the closet really got me.
