I'll second the recommendations for the Death Note movies. I also recommend the manga and anime if you can get it with subtitles. Really good, very clever. Don't let your past notions on anime keep you from seeing this movie.

If I could only recommend one movie for the world to watch, this would be it. Please, watch it if you haven't already. It's incredibly well written and the acting is spot on.

A guy that I used to work with always raved about Brick...he kept saying he'd lend it to me, but he got fired before he had the chance, haha. I'll have to pick it up...
