technically, it's an incredibly well-made piece of cinema. it looks great, features some incredible acting, and truly nothing in it felt expendable or wasteful. starting about twenty minutes into it, i found myself super tense and anxious until the very end. however, it is a real fucking downer, but that's only incidental. definitely give a shot, but make sure you watch it during the day or something, and have something pleasant to go to afterwards, cause it for sure will stick in your head for a while. |
