That's tough, Portabella shrooms are tastier on there own, but are not as variable as tofu...

I love mushrooms, but Portabellas are really 'strong' compared to button mushrooms (my favorites), and I don't really care for the taste as much as other mushrooms

Still...I would choose ANY mushrooms over tofu
