Don't you have a private forum for this? I can't help but think you're posting this for the fact you want attention and show that you're a mod. Big deal. You people act like banning some one is nothing. they can just come back then what the hell is the point of banning some one? to use up more bandwidth or get more members when they decide to make a new acocunt.

Suggestions

1. Mods can no longer ban
2. Mods can no longer delete posts. There will be a trash can forum where they move them to that Can be emptied every so often. so posts can be reviewed before something as something as harsh like a banning can be done.
3. There powers are restricted to the forums they mod...

Ya we tried this remember? We had alot of racists, trolls, noncompetent, irrational and incoherent posters, who did nothing but start flame wars and bash other posters. Remember this? Im SURE you do:rolleyes:

We were given the ability to ban, because some posters were dragging down the site, driving away potential GOOD posters. Im SURE you know what we're talking about...

I don't expect you to understand as you haven't been on here in a while, at least, not under this screen name, but we have had almost no complaints and Everyone who posts here has said the site is cleaning up nicely. Take a look around....
