I hate all pro sports, but I did enjoy playing Rugby with some college friends years ago. Now that is a real game, Fuck all the pads and equipment

I don't pay as much attention to English Football as I used to. I do like Arsenal ; I don't have a favorite player but Dennis Bergkamp is a pretty decent forward.

I am a Packers fan but it doesn't look good for them this year.

Fuck Wayne Rooney. Most overated player in the UK at this moment in time. Wont be long before he screws up his career. Van Noodleroy is turd. Can't believe people even mention him in the same sentence as king Henry.

Been a gooner all me life (since back in the days of the unbeatable back four). Cant stand the Mancs and cant wait till we stuff em and get the 50.

Dow like American football. Too much stoppin and startin. Cant get into baseball. Went to see the Bluejays vs the Yankees in Toronto and left after half an hour. S'like really slow rounders.

Love basketball (play a bit here). And now they do 'Slamball' i think......full contact with trampolines. Sweeet!!!

My fave sports are the contact sports. Been doin Ju Jitsu all me life. Competed in thai kickboxin tournaments. And do Wing Chun and eskrima as hobbies.

While there is no excuse for UK residents to claim to "support" the winning teams unless they were born/live in that city, it is more understandable that foreigners praise the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal as the limited TV coverage is likely to be saturated with their star-studded games.

A shame the lower divisions matches are not screened outside of the UK (hard enough to find them within the UK) - this is still REAL football without the pretentious, petulant, planet-sized egoed, overpaid bastard superstars hundeds of thousands of people flock to see every weekend.

Its not the fact that you have to support the team from the city you were born/live in. Thats bollox. I'ma gooner cos I was bought up watchin the Arsenal. The first ever match I saw was at Highbury. Then I saw them with my dad quite a bit after that. Only saw them really cos my aunt lives in north london and we used to stay with her. When i started watchin them, they were a mid-table side. Think it was the mighty Forest who were top then.

But I do agree you cant beat 'proper' football instead of the namby pamby falling over bollox you see in the premiership. Watch my two local teams (Peterboro and Boston Utd) quite a bit.
