NOTLD tribute on cable
 

I once saw a tribute movie made for NOTLD on TNN or TBS or something like that. I think it was around halloween time probably 5 or 6 years ago, maybe more. I was wondering if anyone else has seen it and/or if there is any way to get my hands on a copy of it?

I dont even know what it is called. I have been trying google it for about a year now, and I get nothing. Coming here was my last resort to find out if anyone has even seen the same thing Im talking about.

yeah, i'd call that just about any cheap ass R.I.P off flick! no, i'm just tired and grumpy, i'm not sure. i think i remeber watching it. but i think it was the 80's tom savini version. maybe we're talking about a different channel. was it on, on thanksgiving day? i know because i watched it at my grandparents house and my grandma is terrified of zombies!@

... i would forget that and make it a point to watch some more fulci movies and less tributes. have you ever heard of begotten ??? that is a really good movie, fuck the tribute ebay that movie!!! i'd buy it if i could! i hate 98% of movies, but begotten is really good!! trust me. anyone reading thiis get the damn movie and you will say the same thing. or if you are into 70's satanic/acid/fakesnuff/porn check out hardgore! haha that's a good one

well... I didnt really ask if there were any buttholes who thought the movie was good or not. I asked if anyone knows anything about it. So, thanks for wasting my time, you ugly fartknocker. And savini's version was made in 1990, not the 80's.

whatever, if you really want to watch a remake mroe than the original feel free. you don't need to call me ugly or fart knocker, i'm not in middle school. thanks for letting me know savinis shit was in 90. glad yo couuld find that out but not what you really want to know. check out monkey shines if yo don't want to watch begotten. really guy, i am just recomending good movies to you, if you don't want to heed my advice that's no sweat on my balls. for real, i am trying to be a nice guy. i like horror movies, i don't like peasants who talk a lot and can't back themselves up.

hey chill out guy. I was just fuckin around with ya. But I dont really care about suggestions right now. I am preoccupied with finding this movie. However, if you must give suggestions, I should tell you that I am not as big of a fan of horror in general as I am of zombie movies. So suggest away.

And thanks for the link (whoever that was), but this was an actual movie. It was basically the same as the original notld, but they changed some things. Like, they showed some people burrying someone in a cemetery before they started coming back. I cant remember much else, part of the reason I want to find it.

Those were extra scenes added to what i believe was the 25th or 30th anniversarry release of NOTLD.
They were added to give it a longer beginning, shot in b&w to make it look like it was done the same time as the origional (but it didnt quite look right)
The rest of the movie IS the origional film ..

its the 30th aniversary limited edition (anchor bay - of course)

you'll have to check the used DVD stores or Ebay for that one ...

Ahhh! that makes sence. I remember it ending exactly like the original. Thats probably right. Thanks for the effort. now I have to buy a 3rd copy of the movie....

at least you're not collecting Army of Darkness .. they release a different one every other day !
