So has anyone seen it? I'm frustrated. It's playing in exactly one theater in this country (in Los Angeles) which is on the other side of the country from me. Blah. Since reading the write-up and interview with Kurosawa in Rue Morgue, I've been quite eager to give it a watch. If anyone has any news on a DVD release, I'd love to know. :)

What did you think of the film though? I've heard a lot of praise for it. Do you think it measures up to Kurosawa's other films?

It blows his other movies away. And I loved Cure and Bright Future.

Great movie. Includes an extremely creepy scene with a weird walking ghost lady at the end of a hallway.

Didn´t get the very end though.:(

I'm really excited about it too. I held off on buying a bootleg, and now I'm glad I did.

We've got this asian mall near us that carries ALL of this stuff. Going next weekend to pick it up. It's gonna be SOOO COOOL!
