*I will have chef qualifications at the end of my studies, but I don't know if I'll ever want to work as a chef. Maybe a cook or caterer, I just don't know.
*Seems I have a pretty high pain threshold.
*I have a failure complex, no matter how well I'm doing at something, I immediately feel like I'm going to fail...even when good feedback/results arrive, I tend to think it's been some kind of fluke.
*I prefer the company of most animals, over most people.
*I just finished an assignment.
*I try to keep my anger in check, because when I get angry I tend to destroy...I throw and smash things, and I don't consider that sometimes these things are my property...
*I have a deviated septum, which causes breathing difficulties when I am trying to get to sleep, and blockages when I wake up.

Well I have been BADLY burned before. But ever since I had my kid, he thoroughly enjoys it outside & we are out whenever possible. I dunno, guess guess my constant exposure to the sun. Don't really make sense, but it's the only explanation I've got.

Well I don't really live in St. Louis. I live about half an hour away, in a town called High Ridge. Saying I'm in St. Louis is just a bit simpler online. (but I'm feeling typative now)

1: I'd assume you would know how to spell restaurant
2: I'd LOVE to know where you studied to reach the qualification of chef, let alone the title of sous chef by the age of 15, at a 5-star establishment no less.
Either you were in an apprenticeship at the age of 11, or your chosen college had almost impossibly low age of admission for a F/T course of this calibur...I know I started late, but I KNOW that you don't start THAT early.
