Something funny...
Sad, but funny.
I read this article in some general newspapery type thing. So, apparently Paris Hilton boycotted the Cannes film festival premiering the next National Lampoons film titled "Pledge". She did this after discovering that he film makers added nudity to the film without checking with her first. The complaint? "I wanted to do something where I'd be taken seriously, and they added a load of scenes with naked girls. I was so angry I snubbed my own premiere." Yeah, a national lampoons film...that's JUST how to get taken seriously. |
i agree! she knew, it is just a publicity stunt that's all!
now that girl is an attention whore! |

Hey,what's up Cheeb's!?!!? |
1. It's not just a ''I wanna be famous'' thing, she actually thinks she can act.
2. She wants to be taken seriously so she takes a role in a national lampoons movie. 2 more things to make her look stupid. |
paris is just cool like that.
|
She will never be taken seriously,no matter what she does....sad really.

Shes a retard.
Are there any National Lampoon flicks without nudity? I'm sure everyone at Cannes was really bummed such a fine actress couldn't make it. |

And didn't European Vacation have a topless girl in the pool? Or was that Vacation? |

I don't think there's a 'Family Vacation' and I believe Euro Vacation is the one with the girl in the pool. I think Euro is also the one with the 'Evil Dead' like poster.

European Vacation had the part were Clark knocks over part of Stonehenge and so forth. |

Well I was wrong about the pool thing but I thought that was just called 'National Lampoon's Vacation'? |

I told you I think too much, which in my case probably isn't a good thing. |

The knee surgery quote made me laugh. |
Hmm. So European doesn't have nudity? I guess I'll have to re-watch that one because I don't remember for sure, but I thought it did.
On the subject though, Vegas Vacation was PG-13 and definately did not have nudity in it. (It was funny though.) And now that I think of it, Christmas Vacation didnt either. And since we're talking about the Vacation films... Has anyone else ever noticed how Russ & Audrey's ages seem to flip flop from film to film? What the hell is up with that? |
Nobody's worrying about continuity in goofy movies like that. They either screwed up, did it on purpose to add to the goofiness or just didn't care at all.
