The worst thing that could ever possibly be done
 

Ok, I need ideas for a short story/novella I'm working on for my creative writing class. What do you think is the worst thing that someone could possibly do. I don't mean could do as in "could bring themselves to do" I mean that someone with unlimited money, resources, and a complete lack of concience could possibly do. Like, what would disturb your more than anything else if you saw it? No limits.

Painfully torture an entire race or class of people with severe, but unjustified, predjudice followed by mass genocide.

Think Hitler. He's probably responsible for the worst things that have ever been done.

Kick people in the nuts, again, and again, and again!
...that's all I got.

It's been done - Freddy vs Jason... sick or what.

Tricky one this one ... anything involving child rape.

Perhaps making someone lose their own beliefs/ideals.

I once was turned down for a job with the RSPCA, as I was asked what would I do a person who was guilty of cruelty to animals, as I replied exactly what they did to the animals in question ...

To make someone believe that at the last moment of their life that you are destroying their soul. Like when the Egyptians burnt people, burning was supposed to be the only method of death that would destroy the soul. Imagine, that as you take your last breath that you honestly believe that any chance of afterlife, rebirth or whatever is being taken away from you before you close your eyes for the last time. Terrifying.

You could also, among other things, use your power to seduce young women but eventually you'll get in trouble and be charged with things like grand jury perjury, civil suit perjury, obstruction of justice, and abuse of power.

What about somebody keeping a child (about 12/13) as a prisoner in her (having a female, especially a beautiful female do this would disturb me more) basement. Anyway, the woman feeds this child and keeps it alive but slices into it repeatedly and as often as she can. Between vicious slashings she bandages the child up and heals it so that when the healing is done she can continue to feed her thirst for abuse and bloodshed. A schoolteacher would be even more disturbing.

Perfect retribution. (againts rapists, paedophiphiles, child molesters etc)

1. You need a barn or some secluded building, preferably as far away from civilisation as possible, so as to reduce the chance of interruptions caused by sound of screams.
2. An old bath tub.
3. Approximately one gallon of vinegar.
4. 20 razor blades.
5. Either strong piano wire or guitar strings (metal, obviously)
6. Chair/ladder
7. Brick/rock (gym weights are ideal!)
8. Plastercene/ dough.

Place said rapist on chair/ladder (make sure you undress them - this is crucial), make a noose with strings/wire, place over rapist's head/neck, tie securely around overhanging rafter.

Get another string, tie around brick/weight etc, tie other end around rapists nether regions.

Roll several balls of plastercene etc , then place in bath tub.

Place razor blades into balls of plastercene.

Fill bath tub with vinegar.

Finally push rapist off chair.

If blood loss due to castration, slitting of throat fails to kill/severlly injure said rapist, then the razor blades & vinegar will surely finish the job!

It may not be the most horrific thing to happen to anyone, but god would it be good to watch!

So somebody kidnaps a mother and brutally kill her husband and each of her child one at a time, one day a week in front of her. Assuming there was no evidence left and nobody can ever trace the crime to the killer the killer simply leaves and the mother is left tied up in a pile of what used to be her family. A day or two later make a call from out of state to the police because the mother should be found, she has to live, otherwise it wouldn't be as cruel. She'll either commit suicide or live her entire life with the visions of her family... her baby... being gutted right in front of her.

Someone said earlier in this thread about the election, yeah thats happened and it is leading us into this scenario. A terrorist with a nucular weapon, two outrageous nutcase Dictators with nucular missles (Wait we already have that going on). The question is though when are they going to use it for evil ? I think we can assume who it is going to be used on also(United States) So i'm going to have to say the scariest thing to happen well..... that would be George Dubbya :D

Yeah because without W there would be no terrorists or nuclear weapons!
