Jeepers Creepers III: Cathedral
 

Is Jeepers Creepers 3 coming out in 2005 cause that`s what I heard from one of my friends cause my 13 year old younger brother is waiting for this to come out,and we have the two dvds platinum version,jeepers creepers merchandise,and other merchandise such as all the 3-d freddy krueger comic books my dad got when my oldest sister was 3!Then he collected more when my 2nd older sister was born,then more when my older brother was born,than collected stuff when I was born,and collected stuff when my little brother and little sister were born and still collects since my littlest sister which is 6 years old was born and still does it today along with me and my brothers!
I think the Creeper returns and faces the old man from the 2nd one which in the end of the 2nd one it took 23 years later and then in 2 or 3 days the creeper would return.Then he trys to kill the teenagers and the old man and the son!More characters are added to this such as the son`s wife,son,daughter,and othert kids and teenagers!

God I hope not.

Salva talked about doing a prequel once upon a time. But I don't think the sequel stirred up enough buzz for one. Plus, he has other projects in the works.

but no sequel, it'll turn into an action movie/thriller, JC1 was the only proper horror movie in the series

id go to see a third installment even though the 2nd wasnt as good as the first hell maybe the third will rock either way i liked em both and i would go see it :)

I didn't think the 2nd was that bad, just not horrifying enouph.

I enjoyed the first and second one, but tripple dipping on the same basis would not interest me. A prequel though...now that could be interesting.

Eh...depends. I think any movie or sequel might could work right if written right. If its anything like JC2, then Hell no. JC1 was ok though...

i herd that if they make another one it will be a prequel.

From what I've heard there was supposed to be a sequel in the making, which would've actually been a prequel, but for some reason it was scrapped.

I really dont think i could handle another sequel or a prequel to Jeepers Creepers, the 2nd wasnt fully developed and hardly made an impact on the horror range, i just wasnt even remotely scared, but thats just me.

I hope they dont make Jeepers Creepers 3. Jeepers Creepers 1 was a great movie. 2 was horrible, I could not wait until it would end. 3 could only be that much worse...

The first half of the first movie was top stuff right up there with the classics (that van is just the scariest vehicle) and then from the second half of that movie right through the second movie, it turned into run of the mill modern teen horror nonsense! ... so if the make another I would expect more of the same, but maby if your 11 or 12 years old it might be fun!

I hope not. I really didn't like the others. The gore was good, but i just don't like the movie. I like monster movies but just not this one. It gets repetitive.

if they make a Jeepers 3 i just pray they go more in depth of the creeper....make him looks sick....and have him be really twisted in the head

Yes I have read there is a third in pre-production. I wish there wasn't!

I thought the the first one was excellent especialy the first half. the second half did become a bit rum of the mill stuff but was still pretty good, i haven't seen the second one yet, sequels aren't normaly as good as the first, they rarely are except for the aliens movies they were all excellent. but then again they did have something original to work with so i suppose it wouldn't have been all that hard to make four movies about the some creature , yet still keep some originality. and if they make a third jeepers i hope it isn't a prequell fuck i hate those, movie makers should start at the beging when making a movie ffs.

I thought the 1st movie, especially the first half was boring as hell and quite stupid, especially the 10 minute argument in the car at the beginning. I recommend for those who saw the first to see the second because it is indeed better. Another sequel would be overdoing it in my opinion, but maybe they can do it Jason X style, like in the future...

I thought JC1 was pretty well done. I just wish they didn't try to tie that stupid song into the plot. That part was lame. And the crazy old bitch who knew the future for no apparent reason. She sucked too. I loved the first half, and I really liked the very end. (I love un-happy endings.)

JC2 was a prototypical sequel. A bunch of teens get stranded and then picked off one by one. Too cliche for my taste. I also didn't really like how they made The Creeper so invincible in this one. (Limb and head regeneration? Come on.)

I'm not sure how I feel about the idea of a 3rd film. I'd go see it, of course, but I wouldn't have my hopes set too high. It'll probably follow an even more standard formula that JC2. A prequel might be interesting if done right. They need to explain The Creeper's origin in depth.

In a way, I want to see it because I really enjoyed the first one and the beginning of the second one. I hate how they ended the second. The first ones ending was bad enough.

What are your thoughts on this one?

The first one was good(oringinal and creepy)and almost Hitchcock...well not really,but it was good.The only real viable option left for the filmmakers is to set in the future(man did I see that coming)if they wish to remain true to the original story laid down in the first two installments.In all likelihood it will probably stink but I'll watch it anyway and hope for the best.

Personally, I'd like to see it set in the past. Perhaps not a full explanation of what the Creeper is, but a partial explanation would be nice. I think it would be great set in the mid-1800's or something, not nearly enough horror films take advantage of that time frame. In my opinion, that was one of the few saving graces of The Village...until the ending, that is.

Not looking forward to this. After the shitbag that was the sequel... I don't want to know what a third will be like. The first is great! I thought the ending was fine, because it didn't pull the PG-13 "they all get away fine and happy" thing.

I loved the original, and is one of my favorites! The second sucked Zero's monkeyballs while fingering itself with old, crusty whipped cream! Hopefully, the third will be better.

the third better... think about that really carefully... That's happened like 3 times in sequel history.

The first two were fun and kind of new. The consept of the monster as artist was uniqe, dont you think? Ok, I would like to know somthing about the creeper but, not everything. I did Ginger Snaps 3. It was set in the 1800s. Sort of reminded me of Ravenous.
