It's a bit simple but it's a start.


I have made a half handfull of boards but enough for a decent start.

I wonder if the people who made hdc used pro boards and then bought it because the layout is pretty damn similar.

Know this was done with vbulletin. They are really good message board Service as well but kind of expensive. If you pay for the ad-free version of proboards and know how to do coding you can make it look just as professional as this site though.

I saw that there was a way to buy your forum that you've built and give it it's own domain. I might do that in the future. But I'll wait.

It is what it is. It's not just that. There's lots of things going on in my head that much longer than eight months will cure 37 years of. I am on the right path so and yes, I am bitter and hold grudges and I hate that about myself. I am an emotional rollercoaster and I said some things on the other for him that I'm not happy about but I'm already paying for it it seems.

I'm not making excuses but I have had a very troubling past and have a lot of mental and emotional damage I need to fix and it's really hard doing that facing the entire world alone when family and people who wants called themselves friends want nothing to do with you and there's actual real world problems to deal with. How to make mistake just like anyone else does and again, it's not an excuse, it's me saying I need help.

But I agree, let's move on. This is angle's thread for his message board and I don't want my emotional asshole attitude ruining it like the Rick and Morty thread.

Okay so for about 13 bucks a year I can give the site it's own domain without the proboards thing in it. Not bad.
I'll wait till I'm sure the site is just the way I want it.

You should be able to get it cheaper through GoDaddy unless domains just aren't as cheap as that used to be.

Yeah that is true. They used to be either $5 a year or $10 a year but I haven't checked in so long they have probably went up since everything else has gone up in price.

Now I wish back when the internet first started I invested in a whole bunch of domain names to sell to people. Judging by the prices some of them go for I could afford to be banging space hookers in some other universe.

My Facebook account gets unblocked on the 25th. I could go to some groups and pages and spread the word around. Right now that's all we can really do is just go by word of mouth and hope it spreads.

I have a feeling Facebook isn't going to be around forever. They are starting to get in a lot of trouble recently and people are starting to figure out exactly how far Facebook will go to not only ensure they are invading your privacy, they are also metaphorically storing the shitpot to keep everyone fighting and keep the drama flowing like wine to appease those who are addicted to the drama. If it wasn't for my real-life friends using it and it being my only outside source of what's going on around me, I wouldn't use it. I have much better and well thought-provoking conversations here than I do there.

Maybe the day will come that websites can start making a comeback. I mean after Facebook came, practically everything that wasn't already a huge sales Giant like Amazon, eBay, Google etcetera, get little to no traffic at all. The fact is the internet is evolving from the way it worked 20 years ago but at the same time, it can be easily utilized by the right people with the right ideas, connections and the big one, money. Money seems to be all that matters to most people in this new Modern Age and without it we are practically sitting at a standstill.
